BilingualQR stores contact details that a visitor voluntarily submits to a participating business. Those details are used to respond to the request and operate the service.

QR analytics are designed to use hashed identifiers and broad device data rather than storing raw IP addresses. Optional city-level location must be explicitly configured.

Participating businesses are responsible for their customer communications and retention requirements. Requests for export or deletion should be routed to the business and BilingualQR operator.
